Lucid is an operating-model firm founded in London in 2026. It is led by Leigh Steed-Middleton, a product and technology executive who has built and run product and engineering organisations, carried accountability at leadership level, and shipped software from first commit through scale.
The firm works in two modes — engagement and venture — and keeps both deliberately small. You get the operator you met. When the model runs without us, the engagement is finished.
