PRACTICE — ENGAGEMENT

We don't sell advice.
We take the seat.

Four ways to engage. All of them mean an operator inside your business, accountable for outcomes on your operating rhythm — not a report delivered from outside it.

ENGAGEMENT / 01

Fractional CPTO

2–3 DAYS / WEEK

The product and technology seat on your leadership team. We own the roadmap's relationship to the business, the architecture decisions that constrain the next two years, engineering hiring, and the vendor and platform calls nobody else wants to make.

ENGAGEMENT / 02

Fractional COO

2–3 DAYS / WEEK

The operating seat. Planning cycles, decision rights, the weekly and quarterly cadence, the metrics that are allowed to matter, and the flow of work across functions that currently hand off badly. We run it until your team can.

ENGAGEMENT / 03

Operating review

FIXED SCOPE

A written assessment of how the company actually runs, with a plan that names owners and dates. This is how most engagements begin — short, fixed, and concrete enough to operate against. If the plan needs someone to hold it, that's the seat; if it doesn't, we say so.

Software development

PROJECT OR EMBEDDED

Sometimes the constraint isn't the model — it's that the thing doesn't exist yet. We design, build and run software: new products, the platform work that unblocks a roadmap, and the AI surfaces that are worth the spend. The same people who run the model, holding the keyboard.

.01 / A CONVERSATION Forty-five minutes. You describe the constraint. We say whether we're the right answer — and often we aren't.
.02 / A SCOPED ASSESSMENT Short and fixed. It ends in a written operating review — the plan we would operate against, not a document we hand over.
.03 / AN ENGAGEMENT, OR NOT Monthly, cancellable, with a named end state. We'd rather leave early than stay decoratively.

Forty-five minutes. Bring the constraint.

Tell us where the model is bending. We'll say what we'd do, and whether we're the right people to do it.
